Jamie S. Gutteridge

Jamie S. Gutteridge grew up in South Florida and received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business in Gainesville, Florida. Ms. Gutteridge obtained her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in 2008. Ms. Gutteridge joined the firm’s San Diego office in 2007 as a law clerk. She later became an associate following her admission to the California Bar in December 2008.

Ms. Gutteridge represents self-insured employers, insurance companies, and third party administrators in all areas of workers’ compensation defense litigation, including defense of claims of serious and willful misconduct, 132a claims, and LeBoeuf issues. She is also a member of the California Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association.

Ms. Gutteridge enjoys traveling, college football, and spending time with her family and friends.
