Trovillion Inveiss & Demakis is pleased to announce that Roxanne Nurse, an experienced defense attorney, has joined the firm effective February 13, 2017. Roxanne comes to TID with 5 years of experience in handling all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation.
Roxanne received her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Pretoria, in South Africa, where she was born and raised. After obtaining her Master’s Degree at the University of San Diego School of Law, Roxanne interned at the USD Small Claims and Immigration clinics. She was admitted to the California Bar in June 2011 and started her workers’ compensation career working at an applicant attorney’s firm before expanding her career as a member of the defense bar.
Roxanne has represented employers and insurance companies in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation, bringing cases to swift and amicable resolutions. Roxanne loves to travel and is currently planning her next trip to Iceland.
