The firm is pleased to welcome attorneys Matthew S. McLaughlin, April J. Rocha, and Lala Kahramanian as new associates to our practice. All three attorneys specialize in handling all aspects of the defense of workers’ compensation claims.
In our San Diego office, Matt McLaughlin joined the firm in December 2014, after working for TID for two years as a law clerk. Matt received his Bachelor of Arts from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington in 2009 and his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Matt was admitted to the California State Bar in 2014.
A native of San Diego, Matt is an avid golfer, snowboarder, and a sports fanatic. Matt enjoys cheering on his Gonzaga Bulldogs basketball team and attending San Diego Padres and Chargers games. Please feel free to contact Matt at mmclaughlin@tidlaw.com to welcome him to the TID family!
In May, April Rocha began practicing in our Orange County office and also handles matters in the Inland Empire. A California native, April received her undergraduate degree from the University of California Berkeley in Ethnic Studies and her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law. April was admitted to the California State Bar in 2015.
April’s background includes externship work in business law, corporate governance, and criminal defense. In her spare time, April enjoys traveling, visiting local beaches, watching foreign movies, and road trips. Please welcome April to the TID family by emailing her at arocha@tidlaw.com.
In our Los Angeles office, Lala Kahramanian has joined our practice and will be handling subrogation matters in addition to regular workers’ compensation defense matters. Lala received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego in 2003 with a double major in Political Science/International Relations and Chinese studies, including spending six months living abroad in China. Lala received her law degree in 2007 from Southwestern University School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2008.
